Soluble Cutting Oil
EXCEL CUT - HD 40 is a heavy duty soluble oil which contains EP additive.
EXCEL CUT HD - 40
is incorporated with good rust preventive additives and is inhabited
against foaming. Its main application is with high speed steel tools
in practically all major cutting processes and on most metals including
difficult alloy steels. It is more effective than ordinary emusifiable
oils in extending tool life. The most common emulsion strength used
for machining ranges from 3 to 10% depending on the severity of
machining.
EXCEL CUT HD 40 cutting fluids have the following characteristics:
1. It causes no rusting or corrosion of machine, work piece or tools.
2 Non Staining
3. Long Emulsion Life.
4. It Does not smoke or fog in use.
5. Possesses anti Bacterial properties.
6. Good thermal stability.
7. Non Corrosive.
8. It does not contain ingredients harmful to the operator.
