Slitting Machines are made in both versions. 1) Pull through 2) Loop type with Felt Tension Press. Complete setup of Slitting Line is offered including Coil Car, Uncoiler, Slitter, Scrap Winder, Felt Tension Pres, Recoiler. Turn Table. Slit Cutters are made of HCHCr steel hardened 8 ground to close tolerance for Burr free cutting & longer life. Special designed PTFE coated spacers are provided to set Cutters to any width. Automation of various level is offered in set up of Cutters. Scrap Winder 8 Scrap Chopper options are available as per requirements. Felt Tension Press is designed to provide tight 8 camber free coil winding. We have capabilities to develop 8 supply Automation at output end like Coil Down Laying, Strapping, Sorting Numbering etc. Proper installation of such line is also as important as manufacturing. Our technical staff install Line at customer's site train their staff 8 take trial run production. We offer Slitting Line in standard versions made-to-order line can be designed & supplied to meet individual's specific needs.
