We manufacture heavy-duty industrial resistors by Scarlet India. These resistors come in various shapes like Round, Flat and Oval Tube and are silicon coated or Vitreous enameled. We use high quality ceramic tubes with high insulation grade that is tough in strength and consistent in uniformity.
When these tubes selected wires (Oxidized or Bright) are wounded to reach the required ohm value with in the tolerance and connected to the terminals on both the sides by using spot welding, brassing, soldering or screwing techniques, then insulation coating is applied and is cured using high temperature ovens. Mounting arrangements are also given as per customer specifications.
