Sand Level Switch

We are exporting, manufacturing & supplying Sand Level Switch from Pune, Maharashtra, India. Protocontrol make Vibrating Sand Level Switch is specially developed for sensing the level of free flowing powders and liquids like cement, steel, ore, fertilizer, food grains, coal, sand chips etc. It consists of Piezo-Electric crystal which whose vibrations are blocked by material. The output relay gets activated when material blocks the vibrations. It can be ideally be used to sense the material with size up to 10mm and with bulk density 0.05 Kg/dm3. Output for Vibrating fork type Level switch is 2 sets of changeover contact rated for 5 Amp. resistive at 230V AC. The level switch consists of the control unit and fork. The fork can be integral with the control unit. The control unit can also be remote mounted. The remote control unit option is selected when the process temperature exceeds 150 degree cent. The enclosure for control unit is sturdy cast Al, IP 65 suitable for field mounting. Standard length for the fork is 250 mm. Other lengths of fork up to 3 Mtrs. is also available on demand. The ambient temperature for the switch is 60 Deg. Cel. The temperature in vessel for integral type level switch is 150mm.
