Refrigeration Air Cooler

Adopting the Figured Aluminum plate external Rotor type Motor different specification Fins space. It can be satisfied with different temperature.

The series coolers divided three different ranges of HFD, MFD and LFD according different applied Temperature. HFD series suitable for keeping fresh Cold rooms for -5/5 oC, MFD for frozen room for -15/ -18 oC and LFD for Rapid Freezing Cold Room for lower -25 oC

Production as followed:
1. Coils: 9.52mm or 16mmopper tube and aluminum,fin spacing 4.5mm(DL),6mm(DD),9mm(DJ)
2. Casing: prepainted embossed Aluminum board;
3. Defrost: defrosting by electric heater
4. Motor: external rotor motor with low noise ;
5. Testing of Pressure and leaking :by 28 bar with dry air and charged 1bar Nitrogen in the Inner tube;
6. Refrigerant: can used R22,R134a and R404A
