SUMISOFT - RS 100

(100% REACTIVE SOFTENER)

SUMISOFT RS 100 is a versatile product intended for softening and water repellency effect. This product capable of providing the textiles with a distinctive elegant feel and exhibits an outstanding effect, which cannot be produced by the conventional softening and water proofing agents, used in their resin treatment.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

Active matters : 100% Solid

Appearance : White

Solubility : Soluble in Hot Water

Ionic nature : Non-ionic

Compatibility : Compatible with an-ionic, non-ionic

Cat-ionic products.

Suitability :Can be used for cotton, viscose rayon, synthetic blends with cotton, wool etc.

APPLICATION: The goods to be treated with this product should be free from oils, starches etc.

SUMISOFT RS 100 may be used along with resin treatment of cotton, rayon, staple-fibers, artificial silk etc., and their blends with synthetics.

The treatment with SUMISOFT RS 100 is carried out by conventional means viz. padding drying, curing and washing

Generally, drying may be carried out at 80^oC. Higher drying temperature affects water repellency property. If white particles appear on the cloth, they would be completely melted down at the temperature above 110^oC.

The pre-dried cloth is cured at 120^oC - 150^oC for 2-3 minutes.
