Key Features
PVC Pressure pipes as manufactured as per IS 4985-2000 , DIN 8062 standards for irrigation sewage water and plumbing pipes with Sizes from 20 mm to 110 mm. We have independent lab facility with all testing instrument to test the pipe manufactured.
Our Process ; In first stage of the extruder the powder is subjected to relatively high mechanical forces which are intended to reduce the pvc grains clusters .The rate at which this process occurs depends upon the temperature & lubricant balance. The internal lubricant will tend to encourage the breakup of the grain by weakening the bonds between the primary particles
The external lubricant reduces the frictional heat & therefore reduces this mechanism. As the material passes further down the extruder barrel the temperature increases which reduces the bond strength between the molecules within the primary particles. Ultimately a homogeneous mass of molten plastics form.
