R P Pvc Doors

These PVC Doors are made out of PVC sections and panels. The Door shutter frame is made out of an extruded hollow section in the configuration of an a Aa . The dimensions may be standard or customised as required. The wall thickness is normally 2mm and the door has plastic reinforcement to prevent rusting and corrosion. In these PVC doors shutter frame are joined at the corners with stainless steel screws and the corners are reinforced by polymeric reinforcement. The lock rails are made out of extruded hollow PVC section in the configuration of an a Ha with a thickness of 2mm with a variation of A 0.3mm and an effective dimension of 118mmx24mm. The lock rails are also reinforced. Infill panels are made out of multi chambered hollow PVC extruded sections having an effective dimension of 200mmx20mm and a wall thickness of 1mm with a variation of A 0.3mm. The panels are filled into the frame vertically or horizontally. The panels are provided with supporting ribs at a distance of not more than 30mm and joined with one another. All PVC Doors are assembled in a state-of-art fabrication unit.
