Mechanism Of Action :
CHLORPHENIRAMINE -
PHARMACODYNAMICS : It is the first generation H1 receptors blocker. Chlorpheniramine compititively antagonize action of histamine at H1 receptors.Effectively block histamine induced bronchoconstriction and many manifestationsof immediate hypersensitivity(Type -1).
