The machine is built with laser cut steel and aluminum components. The CLAS-3DB is provided with 2 inspection doors, 4 outlets and 3 decks of self cleaning sieves fitted with imported vibro motors. The Cleaners are subjected to vibrations from the motor due to which the different impurities in the paddy are separated. The top deck separates large impurities, the middle deck separates coarse impurities and the bottom deck separates the paddy and the dust particles.
