• Frame: Frame is of most rigid constructions and is casted
  high grade cast iron seasoned for a sufficient period. The steel frames
  are fabricated from tested steel plates with suitable cross ribbings.

• Crank Shaft: Crank shaft being main part of the press is
  made of alloy steel having large bearing surface duly fitted with
  gunmetal / bronze bushes.

• Ram: Ram is made from high grade cast iron properly machined and is hand scarpped for perfect alignment.

• Rolling Key: Rolling key being the important part of the
  machine is of Special alloy steel and is rigid and well supported for
  giving continuous stroke for mass production.

• Fly Wheel: Made from high grade castings and is properly sized to generate adequate energy.

• Gears: Gears are of high grade cast iron / fabricated. Gear teeths are generated by Hobbing

• Lubrication: Necessary parts are lubricated by oil cups. Lubricating pump can be provided at extra cost.
