Powder Coating Booth - Sheet Steel Enclosure, Tailored For Large Articles With Adjustable Opening | Cyclone Recovery System, Dual Operator Design, 95-98% Powder Recovery Efficiency

The booth shall be tailor designed Powder Coating Booth for coating of large size of articles keeping in view the jigging / handling and coating requirements of such items. The booth opening will be suitably designed taking into consideration, the sizes of articles. The offered booth will have provision of increasing the envelope size of Booth Opening to account for future bigger size of articles and at the same time will provide air circulation in such a way so as to contain the oversprayed powder with in the Powder Coating Booth for effective recovery.

The offered booth will be so designed that application of powder on the complete article is done by two manual operators, back to back.

The powder coating booth shall be in sheet steel enclosure and cyclone recovery unit with supporting elements. It shall be designed to provide uniform air flow over the entire cross section of the booth without any air whirls or dead pockets and ensures powder recovery up to 95-98% depending upon the particle size distribution the powder.

The over sprayed powder shall be sucked by the blower through a cyclone recovery system. This cyclone shall separate the powder particles from the air. This powder shall be collected in the bin, which can be reused.

The conveyorised booth has an entry and an exit cutout for movement of material through the booth also a slit is provided on the roof of the booth to enable installation of conveyor track in the booth.
