It serves for bating of limed and pickled pelts as well as enzymatic slackening of wet blues and vegetable synthetic crust leather. Use of POPBATE-AC yields following effects : Preserves the, liide substance and gives the leather a very tight grain. Maintains substance even in areas such as flanks. Improves the feel, the uniformity of colour and firmness of grain. Good scud loosening, smooth grain strongly fallen pelts. Auxiliary agents may be used for further improvements in scud loosening. POPBATE-AC shows maximum activity at pH between of 3.5-4.5. The pH should be constantly maintained during bating and formic acid diluted 1:10 should be added if the pH rises above 4.5PACKING & SHELF LIFEPOPBATE-AC is available in 25kg gunny bag packing and can be stored upto 6 months in a cool and dry place.
