Pneumatic Feeder Thin Strip Device

Features of our Pneumatic Feeder Thin Strip Device:-
* Device with one or two guides for thin and narrow strips: Delicate strips may be guided throughout the feeder length by suitable guides installed between the clamps (one or two depending on how rigid the strip is). In some cases it is also possible to transform the siding plates in a guide. For this purpose plates are 10 mm wider than the max. strip width.
* Band feeder for cloth feeding or very delicate strips: To help feeding dedicate strips it is possible to equip the feeder with two endless belts, that are fed by the clamps of the feeder, the strip is sandwiched between the two belts and therefore never touched by the clamps.
* Thin strips guides: This is suitable for foils of thickness up to 10 microns. The strip is guided by means of top and bottom rod. It is possible to push all types of material (also metal strips thinner than 0.05 mm). It can be mounted on any feeder. With this device you use the total feeder width and the strips sliding friction is very less.
