Key Features
FRAME : The Frame is rigidly constructed from Solid steel plates with safeguards, It's interlocked design provides support to the bed directly on the frame to avoid weak sections at load supports.
HOLD DOWN SYSTEM : Spring Loaded mechanical Hold Down system are provided to hold the sheet securely to avoid slipping and bowing. The pressure of each hold down unit is ample to securely hold even shorter pieces under one hold down. The increase/decrease of pressure of hold down is adjusted through Cam by adjustable lever and rods.
KNIVES : Each machine is provided with high quality single segment, (HcHcr) knives for enhanced tool life. The knives blades are four edged.
MECHANICAL BACK GAUGE : This equipment is provided with Scale to give instantaneous reading of distance between shear and back gauge to avoid errors.
FINGER GUARD : To avoid accident, Finger Guard is fitted in front of Hold down system for operator's protection without obstructing his view.
LUBRICATION : All moving parts are provided lubrication by hand operated pump for smooth operation.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES : Gear & Wheel Guard, Hand operated back Gauge, Manual Lubrication pump, Stroke counter, T-Slot front supporters, front Scale gauge.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES : Automatic Lubrication system, Electric Motor, Starter, V-Belt, Ball Roller or ball transfer, Foundation Bolts.

Started a Small-scale business in the 80s, VIVEK used to be a Customer of Sheet Metal Machineries. We used around 60 Machines for the Process of Electrical Stamping and other Job Works. But then we decided to involve ourselves into Production of Sheet Metal Machines. We are now Manufacturers of Presses, Shearing Machines, Press Brakes all kinds of Sheet Metal Machinery. In 2000 VIVEK redoubled the area dedicated to the Machines Production, by reaching 3000 square meters between the Productive Unit and the Office Building. We are planning to increase our Present Setup by another 3000 square meters to assimilate ourselves with Latest Production Techniques. The company works following Customer Relationship Management principles with continuous investments in Human Resources, to be more and more protagonist in its market and to be more and more a proposing partner for its customers.
