DRUG LAYERING: Omeprazole granules can be made by Drug layering method by a suitable drug layering equipment Made by UMANG PHARMATECH, The powder is sprinkled from one side in a drug layering machine and liquid from the other side.

Omeprazole (INN) is a proton pump inhibitor used in the treatment of dyspepsia, peptic ulcer disease (PUD), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GORD/GERD), laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Omeprazole is one of the most widely prescribed drugs internationally and is available over the counter in some countries.

FLUID BED PROCESSOR: For bottom spray coating to be done on granules, depending on the process and requirement of the product.
