We wish to introduce, that we are one of the Small Scale Industries registered with the Directorate of Industries, Government of TamilNadu, manufacturing Non-Ionic Softener for Textiles, Leather, Paper, Paint, Rubber and have specialty products of Nonionic, Anionic and Cat-ionic bases. SUMISOFT NI is a widely used non-ionic softener mainly recommended for Cotton, Synthetic and wood fabrics for full and smooth handle. Its properties are as listed below: Name of the product : SUMISOFT NI Appearance : Creamish-White Soft Paste Solubility in water : Soluble Opalescent Solution Chemical Nature : Non-ionic pH of 1% solution : 6 to 7.5 Shelf life : Six months SUMISOFT - NI gives a stiff antistatic effect. It increases the adhesion between fibers and makes them more suitable for subsequent operations. It is also suitable for pure silks and can be used in the dye-bath. APPLICATION: About 2 to 2.5% solution is used at a temperature of 30 - 40o C. The solution are Prepared by adding hot water to the softener and stirring well.
