Our range of Noigen SPD 8 is mainly developed as versatile nonionic emulsifier and dispersing agent in pigment pastes and emulsions manufacturing.

Easily Soluble in water and forms transparent solution
It has excellent wetting and dispersing power. It exhibits very efficient and fast wetting action with organic pigments during emulsion manufacturing.
It is stable to high temperatures and its wetting, detergent and dispersing powers are no affected at high temperatures.
It is compatible with other nonionic and anionic products, starch, glue, CMC, Methyl cellulose, Hydroxy ethyl cellulose, etc.

The viscosity of the pigment paste / emulsion prepared by using Noigen SPD 8 remain stable for substantial period of time (more than 4 week) under ambient condition and / or at 50C.
Storage: Stable under normal conditions.
Application
Noigen SPD 8 is a very effective dispersing and wetting agent for the preparation of pigment emulsions and pastes. It can be used either in sigma machine and sand / bead milling with efficient output.
The suggested dosage is of Noigen SPD 8 is 25-30 % of the pigment powder.
