In this Unit, Nitrogen mixed with hydrogen in a pre calculated ratio. Mixed gas than goes in to the furnace and gives a reducing atmosphere in the Furnace.
Nitrogen comes from Nitrogen Gas Generator and Hydrogen comes from Ammonia Cracker. Flow of gas can be adjusted by manual flow valve and monitored flow manually by seeing in Flow meters.
We also supply this Unit fully automatic using instrument like PID controller, Hydrogen analyzer, Current to Pressure controller and pneumatically flow control Valves.
