We manufacture high performing moisture separators, to cater to varied industrial needs. It is designed to act as moisture separator cum filter for compressed air and gas. It is highly efficient and is durable to sustain even in harsh surroundings. Its structure comprises of a fully sealed high efficiency cyclonic type mechanical moisture separator cum filter.
Features:
Finally the compressed air which comes out is free from physical moisture ( up to 85% ) and also free from solid particles (up to 100 micron)
Moisture laden compressed air enters in to the moisture separator moves in cyclonic motion around the inner pipe.
The direction of the compressed air is guided by the baffle plates ( fixed at angles).
The moisture free compressed air enters through the bottom of the inner pipe and passes through 100 micron stainless steel mesh (fixed inside the inner pipe).
This compressed air impinges on the mild steel baffle, this separates the moisture from the compressed air.
In addition to this, we also manufacturers air compressor accessories such as auto drainvalves, oil filters, frl units,etc.
