• Stroke length mechanism: Especially designed crank stroke length adjustment mechanism.
• Completed enclosed dust proof & waterproof housing: Crank case & stroke length adjustment mechanism are housed in a totally enclosed case with oil seals at each stuffing point, enabling installation of pump anywhere.
• Lubrication: The crank case is dipped in an oil bath. Fittings above the oil level are lubricated by splash. Maintenance on a daily basis is not required. Human resource for the maintenance is reduced to a great extent.
• Compact & light weight: Especially designed crank enable it to combine the reduction gears & stroke length mechanism into a mono, heavy unit. The mechanism not only minimizes installation space to the minimal level but also cuts down installation cost.
• Multi heads: Multi head pumps having general propensity for pumping more than one liquid simultaneously.
• Bearings: Utilization of taper roller bearings at worm shaft ends & ball bearings at bottom reduces the operation cost and enhances operational life.
