Redundant CPU :- This CPU increases the system's reliability by duplexing the basic system consisting of the CPU module, power supply module, main base unit and network module. 4. C Controller CPU :- This CPU enables use of C-language assets for conventional microcomputer boards and personal computers, etc., and realizes long-term stable supply of hardware and a system with advanced real-time properties using a controller with built-in VxWorks. 5. Motion CPU :- This motion controller realizes high-speed control of up to 32 axes with one CPU with the same size as the Q series PLC CPU. In addition, up to three CPU modules and 96 axes can be controlled with the multiple CPU system. 6. CPU Option :- Optional extras are available for the CPU module, such as batteries and memory cards.
