The main feature of this latest laser solution, besides a peculiar optic frame of laser beam, is the fact that the laser cavity, scan head and full digital electronic control are fitted in a unique small cube measuring just 360 x 260 x 200 mm Thanks to the high peak power available (over 200kW the a Plusa model ) the LASER3 is ideally suited to removing coatings on both flat and uneven surfaces, marking logos, alphanumeric codes, bi & three-dimensional barcodes (Datamatrix) on materials such as metal, plastics, silicon and PCB surfaces. LASER3 is designed using the latest digital galvo scan head technology, featuring extremely high accuracy (TEM00 with M2<1.5 and a spot size lower than 25 microns) coupled with an estimated average laser output of over 40,000 hours (MTBM), the end result is a system unequalled within todaya smarket. The a on-boarda optics can be configured with assorted focal lenses to achieve a maximum marking area of 180 x 180 mm.
