KaryoLite BoBs has been developed to detect aneuploidies, gains and losses in all 24 for chromosomes in a single assay within 24 hours. Using a bead based molecular karyotyping technique, the assay can work with minute amounts of genomic DNA extracted directly from amniotic fluid, fetal tissue or chorionic villae.
