Frame : the frames are made of graded cast-iron rigidly connected by means of mild steel tie bars.
Gear box : the drive to the main roll is given through differential gears resulting in constant fabric speed.
Liquor tank : stainless steel trough fabricated out of 304 grades,16 swg. At the bottom, two stainless steel guide rolls of 3 mounted on gunmatel bushes. Provision for drain, overflow provided.
Heatingperforated steel pipe for direct heating and coil if required for indirect heating provided below the guide rolls.
Oscillating device : fitted above the trough consisting of self balancing rocker with guide rolls of 4and adjustable pipe expander to give stretched and creaseless passage of the fabric.
Drive10 hp. Standard electric motor fitted below the gear box. Driven by vbelts totally enclosed. Reverse forward starter with panel box. Starter provided on bottom side of the gear box.
