Jumbo Big Bag Filling Machine are specially precision engineered to fill even in the difficult to handle materials. This high precision weighing is coupled with a truncated pyramid table with high power vibrators. Before leaving the filling station the filled material is weighed deaerated & densified. These bags are stable, stackable, safe & easy to handle. Empty bags are mounted by four loops hanging of the bulk bags on the suspended weigh frames. This makes them easy to reach posts. The inlet spout is protected to the flared end of filling head by a slip ring seal. The slip ring allows appropriate positioning of the liner. Filling cycle is controlled by the micro-controller for efficient filling. The set points programmed included the target weight, fast/dribble feed, table up/ down, no of cycles, vibration on time etc. Roller conveyor is also been installed for making it more durable. The jumbo bag is placed on the pallet by using a forklift. Available Quantities: 200, 500, 750 & 1000 kgs. The jumbo bag filling machines can be customized designed, as per clients drawing and specifications. We also handle bulky orders depending on density of the material.
