The Reversible Drum Automatic Batching Plant has a mixer output of 16 to 18 CuM per hr and a batch capacity of 0.56CuM. It has a batch mixing time of 120 sec per batch aided by a 15 HP geared motor. The control system is either fully automatic or manual type. It has got a robust chassis made of steel frame. A 7.5 HP motor feeds aggregate from storage bins to the mixer via a 700 mm wide conveyor belt. A pneumatic control system facilitates the opening and closing of the gates. Cement from a recharge hopper with capacity of 250 kg is delivered by a screw conveyor of 220 mm in diameter and 7 meters in length monitored by an I type load cell. Water dozing is from a 120 Liter tank capacity powered by a 1HP submersible pump monitored by an I-type load cell. It has got a PLC-based B and R control panel with a pen drive for batch print. The total power consumption is 32.5 kW with a cement silo as an optional feature. It has a dry capacity of 1400 Liter with a drum RPM of 20.
