Raw material is matched to the OEM grade by spectrometry. Where the application demands it, wear parts are made in PM HSS, with PVD coating and vacuum heat treatment by specialist partners. New parts are tested on running IMA and Teepack machines at our group's own teabag packing plant.Parts are made to match OEM part life at under half of OEM price. We serve 170+ tea packers in 46 countries, with representatives in six of them. Orders are 100% advance and ship ex-works Kolkata or CPT, as the buyer requires. Every part is backed by free replacement for manufacturing defects or parts that do not fit. Fast-moving items ex-stock; made-to-order parts typically four weeks.
