General Purpose Cylinders

'PF' make Hydraulics Cylinders are manufactured for high efficiency performance and simple maintenance, extensively utilized in Cement Plant , Steel Plant, Earth moving Equipments, Sugar Plant, Ferro Alloys furnaces, Mining, Machine tools and Automobiles.

  • Cylinder bore conform to CETOP/ISO3320/IS 8208/
  • Maximum stroke of 5000mm.

MANUFACTURING AND TESTS: Cylinders are made of cold drawn seamless steel tube(CDS), material conforming to ASTMA 106 gr . B or DIN 2391,they are precision honed.The life of the cylinders is enhanced using highest quality seals from Bushak Shamban / Parker / Hunger / Simirit etc. They are tested as per ANSI / IS 10585 for pressure / static /internal leakage and static friction.

Special Features

These features are provided as per customer / end use requirements.
  • Inner diameter chrome plated for corrosion resistance and low seal friction.
  • Cylinder outside surface coated for marine application.
  • Cylinder end and / or rod end with adjustable or non adjustable cushioning.
  • Clevis and rod end eye fitted with plain spherical bearings.
  • Stop tube provided in extra long Cylinders.
  • Imported sealing system with non metallic guide rings on piston and rod.
