Built on box type body with individual drive to main rollers and expanders, this Hosiery Calendar features individual drive. Through individual drive desired overfeed can be obtained accurately and without disturbing the overfeed, the speed of two motors in synchronized can be achieved. To maintain the delicacy of fabric in feeding, auto adjustable expanders is provided with felt wheels. Further, steam damping system on top and bottom having built-in steam line & steam valve. The damping of the fabric adds to the result of calendaring. For uniform tight batching and plaiting arrangement, surface batching arrangement is designed, which is made available at the delivery end.
