Vot System - Ideal For Small Quantity Lpg, Efficient Vaporization Control With Self-closing Valve

VOT System is recommended for small quantity of LPG. We took LPG Vapor directly from Cylinder by self closing valve in this system L.P gas supplied in Cylinders is in Liquid form. But we use LPG in burners is in gaseous form there is the process of conversion of Liquid to gas called vaporization. Vaporization required heat for converting liquid gas to vapor. Required heat of vaporization is transferred from atmosphere which depends on atmosphere temperature & surface contact area of liquid LPG in cylinder. There is a restriction of vaporization because of Heat Transfer ie when atmosphere temperature & surface contact of Liquid LPG is higher than vaporization rate of LPG is higher but when Surface contact & temperature is low the rate of vaporization is also slow down ie up to 0.3 kg /hr per LPG cylinder. No. of cylinder required for feeding a constant quantity of LPG is more because of restricted natural vaporization.
