Gas Compressor Frame Pattern

We specialize in intricate large and medium size Gas Compressor Frame Pattern made of Teak wood and aluminum and Shell core die.
These also include patterns with matched-plate mountings. To meet all requirements of quality and schedule, we have developed complete infrastructure consisting of in-house facilities for machining wood and aluminum patterns, and related instrumentation to assure dimensional accuracy and tolerances. We have recently acquired & commissioned two CNC Vertical machining center (BFW Agni TC 45 ATC 20 and BMV Chakra TC60 ATC20 ) specially equipped to meet our requirement. Also, we are imported from Australia two new generation wood working machines which will be commissioned. A highly skilled and purposely trained employee base backs up this physical infrastructure to deliver the most accurate patterns.
We put complete emphasis on accuracy of the pattern, and timely delivery of patterns. A system of stage-wise inspection of modules/components is Develop.
