Plug the main lead into 220 v AC mains.
Switch on the main switch fixed in back side.
Fix the valcro electrodes on the first two fingers.( Fingers should be neat & clean )
Balance the lights at yellow pattern with balance control.
Select the lower sensitivity value ie 2.

Subject is asked to achieve the full green pattern by making his mind relaxed in the eye closed position. Buzzer gives an alarm after achieving full green pattern,& if the subject sits in eye open position then you can say him/her to relax in the way to achieve full green pattern or practice to achieve zero value After responding favorably at lower values of sensitivity , it can be increased step by step & the same practice is asked to be done by the subject.

In this way the subject will start relaxing & hence will remain relaxed for long hours. Remove the electrodes & keep the machine off.
