Being a customer centric organization, we are involved in offering Fully Automatic Borewell Drilling Service in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.

We have a fully automatic Borewell machine. We have a capacity 6 1/2" to 8 1/2" borehole to a depth of 600 mtr with DTH.

We follow the given work method : Rotation with direct circulation, nucleus destruction with bleeding By air, water, foam by DTH, rotary using drag bit / rock roller bit in over burden

MAST: Box type structure Max Capacity - 20 tons (44, 000 lbs), Height - 8 mtr (27 ft), Rod handling capacity - 6.1 mtr (20 ft)

PULL UP AND PULL DOWN : By means of Hydraulic cylinder and wire rope Reeving Ratio 1:3, Max Pull up force - 10750 kgs (20240 lbs), Max Pull up speed - 39 mtr/min (118 ft/min), Max Pull down force - 6318 kgs (13900 lbs), Max Pull down speed - 50mtr/min (167 ft/min).

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM 210 kg / cm2 / (3000 psi)

ROD HANDLING ARRANGEMENT : Remote controlled hydraulic pilot rod handling arrangement directly to and from the rod rack fitted on either side of the platform. Rod rack can hold total of 45 nos of 6 mt drill pipes 4 1/2" OD which can be raised and lowered with Hydraulic cylinder. X-Y-Z axis movement of the rod is done with hydraulic cylinder and motor control. The rod is carried from either rack at one time and then moved into position under the rotary head for easy coupling and decoupling. Thus reducing burden on labour.
