Forced Draft Cooler - Vertical Tube Design, 100 Mm Diameter, Multi-directional Flow, Energy-saving Axial Flow Fans, Zero Explosion Risk

Forced Draft Cooler (F D Cooler) is generally used for reduction of temperature where equipment can not be used with elevated temperature. When a high temperature gas is passed through a collector ie., Bag Filter or Electrostatic Precipitator it is very much necessary to reduce the temperature of the dust where FD cooler is provided before the collector landen gas. It consists of tube bundle through which hot gas is passed and ambient air is passed over the tubes and so that the temperature of gas is reduced to desired value. This Equipment is generally known as Air To Air FD Cooler.
The Centrifugal fan can also be used for supplying ambient air but, advantage of using of Axial Flow Fan as cooling air fan is that if, temperature is reduced more than the desired, few of fans can be stopped and thus the energy is saved.

Characteristics of our Design & Systems
Our system is more effective than that of conventional system: Cooling tubes are of vertical design and of very large dia. (100 mm) with zero change of dust accumulations. The velocity through the tubes properly maintained Utilization of three modes of heat transfer i.e., radiation, conduction & convection simultaneously. Multi-Directional flow of both the hot as well as cooling air is best utilized The tubes are attached in the tube sheet with provision for thermal expansion, Higher colling surface provided. Zero explosion probability The Nos. of Fans can be switched off from PLC which eventually saves power.
