With 60 years experience in Crushing Plant System to eliminate the problem of construction of Feeding Ramp to feed a Skid Mounted/Semi Mobile Crushing Plant Agarwalla group developed the concept of Flight Conveyor. This conveyor consist of chain mounted Flights which is capable to convey Feed boulders up to 1500 mm size with a conveying angle from 0 Deg. to 30 Deg. as per the requirement. This Conveyor is also capable to operate with fully loaded Hopper and it is also capable to take surge load of materials directly unloaded from rear discharge dumpers up to 85 tons capacity. With help of this Conveyor materials can be feeded to the Crushing Plant Virtually with nil ramp road, by loaders and rear discharge dumpers. In some cases where the conveying angle is less three side feeding to the Flight Conveyor is also possible. This chain flight conveyor is specially designed for transportation of materials with moisture, sticky, temperature such as slage etc. This can also be used for carrying stone and minerals, coal, lignite, Gypsums etc. The Flight and Chain, lower deck and the sprocket arrangement are made from wear resistance material with special harden effect to provide longer life and trouble free operation.
