The machine is capable of processing metal materials including aluminum capacitors, used circuit boards, and waste cables, as well as carbonizing biowaste such as coconut shells, palm shells, and sawdust. In addition, used clothing can also be recycled and processed into toner pellets by the machine. The workflow of the equipment usually consists of several stages. First, the rough crushing process initially crushes the material through a twin-shaft crusher to ensure that the material is of a size suitable for further processing. Next, the hammer-crushing function of the crusher efficiently breaks up the lumps of material and controls the size of the discharge to between 30-50 mm, ready for the subsequent depainting process. The carbonization oven of the UBC aluminum can depainting equipment operates at high temperatures to carbonize the coating on the surface of the aluminum cans and quickly separates it from the aluminum, forming a powdery residue that is disposed of through the equipment's dust removal system. The efficiency of this process ensures that the coating is completely removed and the repainted aluminum cans can be used directly in the smelting process, reducing the number of subsequent processing steps and achieving energy-efficient production. The carbonizer can flexibly use a wide range of energy sources including liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), diesel, natural gas, and biomass fuels depending on material and production requirements, reducing energy costs.
