The SICAM FRTU (Feeder Remote Terminal Unit) 6MD25 is an Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) that acquires data from feeders (like RMUs, distribution transformers, etc) and transfers the information to the central station. The FRTU is a versatile tele control device with a modular design. The design features flexibility for interchanging the I/O modules. This provides benefits for expansion and easy maintenance.
