Cut-to-length lines can be start/stop, such as in heavy gauge metal processing, or a free loop on lighter gauge materials. Coil Car : Hydraulic / Motorised.
De-Coiler : Screw Type / Expandable, Manual / Hydraulic operated.
Pinch Roll : with / without leveler unit, Steel / PU coated, Fixed speed / VFD controlled.
Feed Roll : Steel / PU coated, Servo / AC VFD / Clutch-Brake Driven.
Shear : Electro-Mechanical Down Cut Shear.
Run Out Conveyor , Stacker / Collection Table on exit side.
