Exemptia 40mg Injection contains Adalimumab, a biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitor class. It is used to treat a variety of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions by reducing inflammation and controlling the overactive immune response that causes tissue damage. Exemptia 40mg Injection is prescribed for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis, enthesitis-related arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, plaque psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, Crohn s disease, ulcerative colitis, and non-infectious uveitis. By blocking TNF, a key inflammatory protein in the body, this medication helps relieve symptoms such as joint pain, swelling, stiffness, skin lesions, and intestinal inflammation while improving overall quality of life. Exemptia 40mg Injection should not be used in patients who are allergic to Adalimumab, have active tuberculosis, severe infections, or moderate to severe heart failure.
