EXAPOL SU 280 is sucrose sorbitol glycerin based polyether polyol of high functionality but low hydroxyl value and low viscosity.

Polyol Applications:-
EXAPOL SU 280 is a specially designed polyether polyol to be used in formulations for as an intermediate in the manufacture of dierent types of water blown rigid polyurethane foams. This can also be used for PIR formulations where better compressive strength is required.

Storage and Handling:-
E XAPOL SU 280 is slightly hygroscopic and should therefore be stored under cool and dry conditions at 25 35 C. Even under these conditions EXAPOL SU 280 absorbs small quantities of atmospheric moisture. Partially used drums should be properly resealed before keeping for extended storage

Health and Safety:
EXAPOL SU 280 is physiologically harmless.
This product is not particularly dangerous for health. In any case is suggested to observe following precautions:-
To wear appropriate protection for body and eyes
The working room must be ventilated
In case of contact with skin or eyes to wash accurately with clean water and if
sprayed on eyes ask for medical intervention.
To absorb eventual losses with sand or sawdust.
Polyurethanes produced from this product may present are hazard in certain applications if exposed to are and/or excessive heat and oxygen, e.g., welding and cutting torches.
