3s Hb Floor Epoxy Coating System - 3:1 Mixing Ratio, Self-leveling, Glossy/semi-gloss/matt Finishes, Fast Pot Life, Superior Impact & Abrasion Resistance

Mixing of components:

Just before application base has to mix along with hardener as per the ratio mentioned on the container, chemical reaction initiates after mixing base with hardener the entire mix has to be consumed within 20 - 30 minutes for 3S HB FLOOR Coating (3:1) and 5-6 hours is pot life for 3S HB FLOOR Epoxy Primer / Paint (4:1). Make sure surface free from dirt, minute particles, i.e the expected surface should be clean and neat before application of 3S HB FLOOR Epoxy Primer (4:1) by brush.

Application system:

Any surface that requires application of epoxy should be free from water seepages, dirt dust and other particles. Surface preparation is desired before application of any type of coating.

Surface preparation PRIMER application:

FOR rough surface like cement concrete OR if there are any cracks on the surface apply 3S HB FLOOR Epoxy Primer (4:1) two coats. Then fill the gaps with using EPOXY grout. One can mix sand/rangoli/fine powder is to mixed in 3S HB FLOOR Epoxy Primer (4:1) i.e after mixing base along with hardener to make it fluffy/thick as desired for making the grout. Grout can applied using wall putty applicator OR brick plaster applicator. Now the surface is ready for coating any type of epoxy coating.

Surface preparation PRIMER application:

FOR smooth surface like tiles, chips, marbeletc apply one to three coats of primer 3S HB FLOOR Epoxy Primer (4:1).

Painting OR Printing application:

Apply 3S HB FLOOR Epoxy Paint (4:1) by brush followed by roller, this part is an artist's/designer/creator job hence the product can be applied by spray gun instead of brush. Now a day 3D Images stickers are printed in the market, any size, they are directly pasted on 3S HB FLOOR Epoxy Primer (4:1) eliminating the use of 3S HB FLOOR Epoxy Paint (4:1). This is almost final, once done the desired output is achived.

Epoxy floor coating application:

Finally the desired substrate/floor is ready for application of 3S HB FLOOR Coating (3:1) by pouring the mixture on the floor, then spreading the mix on the floor using serrated / straight squeegee followed by roller application to eliminate bubbles and pinholes. These coating are applied for self leveling properties which are available in transparent glossy, semi-glossy and matt finishes which adds value to the entire sandwich from stresses to impact / abrasion / water / solvent. After application of 3S HB FLOOR Coating (3:1), 2 - 3 coats depending upon the dry film thickness, the entire job is ready for day to day use.
