Electrode Dying
Weldstar cabinet type drying oven ensures longer life of electrode. At stone specially suitable for re-drying the electrode having excess moisture than the consistant capacity of the flux of electrode. It is designed as a cabinet type store containing five self trays of weight 25 kgs of electrodes (approx). It has front opening door with lock facility. Normally any special/low hydrogen electrode should be rectried for one hours as 150C to 250C before use to exit excess moisture contained in the quoted flux.
