Electrical Cable Plasticizer (H70)

Electrical Cable Plasticizer (H70) is a light yellow sticky oily liquid in normal temperature and has a good miscibility with PVC resin, low volatility, mobility and plastication temperature. Its high thermal stability and light stability, good resistance to water and oil endow the products with better mechanical strength, weather resistingproperty and electrical property.

Application: H70 is our new developed product which is specially used for 70 C PVC Cable Covering Materials. No need to use other plasticizers or stabilizers but H70 during making PVC Cable Covering Materials. The finished products are completely measures up to the standard of GBT/8815-2008.

Recommend usage:
Add 56 phr H70 into 100 phr intoPVC resin together with Calcium powder, inner and external lubricant. The plastication temperature will be decreased by 10C.
