I. Product Details of High-Efficiency, Energy-Saving and
Non-Clogging Crushing Pump

After careful research, development and design of a submersible
non-clogging crushing pump; It is the first successful development of reamer
type sewage pump in China and the only product comparable to the same type of
pump.

II. Product Structure of High-Efficiency, Energy-Saving and
Non-Clogging Crushing Pump

1. Motor: totally enclosed high efficiency motor, three-phase 380 V, 50 Hz,
2 class 2 95 0 rpm, F class insulation, protection type IP68, sufficient space
and surface area to ensure adequate heat dissipation, please submerge half of
the height of the motor during operation;

Sealing: the original framework is used to seal between the motor and the oil
chamber, and the oil chamber is fully lubricated to ensure a long enough
service life and reduce friction loss; The oil chamber and the pump chamber
adopt high-quality silicon carbide mechanical seals to ensure the reliability
of the first seal; Other static seals are sealed by O-shaped seal rings;

Bearings: all maintenance-free original SKF bearings are adopted, of which the
lower bearing is a double-row integral angular contact ball bearing, which is
completely suitable for the stress of this part, so as to ensure a longer
maintenance cycle and service life;

Crushing system: The crushing system consists of two systems: 1. The rotating
cutting wheel installed in front of the impeller and the wave saw gear fixed on
the pump cover form the first multi-tooth cutting system; 2. The crushing
system composed of the open impeller and the threads on the pump body and cover
can further refine all solid substances entering the pump;

Monitoring system: Each phase of the motor is equipped with a thermistor to
ensure the safe operation of the motor; A water leakage detection electrode is
arranged in the oil chamber to detect the leakage condition of the seal in real
time;

Cable connection system: This series of pumps all adopt high-strength
heavy-duty sewage special connection flexible cable integrated with connector
and cable. The connector is connected with the motor outgoing line by wiring
nose, and is protected by iron armor outside the connector;

Installation system: a compact coupling device with fine design and a ball
check valve on the slider for easy maintenance and inspection.
