Features:
Torque transmission :High- Very high. Self centering. No axial movement of hub. Even pressure distribution. External clamping. Low installation time. Application economically advantageous.
Installation:
Carefully clean the hub, shaft & other contact surfaces and apply a light oil film. Slide the Shrink disc onto the hub OD and the hub on to shaft. Tighten clamping bolt lightly, align with hub. Use torque wrench & tighten all bolts radually and regularly in diametrically opposite sequence in several pass, until he tightening torque (as per screw size indicated) is reached. Check all bolts or the tightening torque, repeating above mentioned operation, only once. The olts close to slit, should be tightened fully last, to avoid deformation in inner / outer ring.
