91 000 74051 Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270(I) A high-performance, solvent-based, one-component, polyurethane waterproofing membrane. It is liquid-applied, cures upon contact with air moisture, and forms a highly flexible, seamless, and elastic protective layer.
Primary Function: To provide a durable, long-lasting, and root-resistant waterproofing barrier for a wide variety of structures, capable of bridging cracks and withstanding significant structural movement.

Apply the second coat after 12-18 hours (but within 48 hours).Reinforcement: Reinforce critical areas (corners, joints, pipes) with Geotextile Fabric embedded in the wet coating.Q2: What is the coverage area?A: The total consumption is approximately 1.2 1.5 kg per square meter for a 2 or 3-coat system.
