VARIABLE SPEED DISPERSER of --- Liters Capacity driven by a --- HP TEFC/FLP Motor installed on a top head drive complete with mechanical variable speed pulley to vary from 500 a 2400, Ideal pulleys, bearings and other accessories. The head is fabricated out of heavy M.S. Plate and sections to keep vibrations to the minimum. The entire drive assembly is mounted on a vertical hydraulic column provided with a hydraulic to lift the head up to a clear height of 1 meter. The disperser shaft is installed in steel housing complete with bearings and seals for smooth and leak proof operation. The shaft is dynamically and statically balanced along with the ----mm dia cow less disperser blade.
A mechanically hand operated vessel locating and locking device is provided to centrally locate the vessel.
OPTIONAL: A Vessel of --- Liters capacity in MILD STEEL/STAINLESS STEEL-304 Construction complete with top cover and castor wheels.
OPTIONAL: An electric control panel having the following functions is provided if required a up and down of cylindera , a Main Motor on & offa , Cut Off at lifting and lowering heights and vessel in position operation.
