These Detergent Additive -TBN 400 is a 400TBN over based Calcium sulfonate typically used as a detergent and rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants. Detergent Additive -TBN 400 applications include automotive, diesel, marine, railroad and stationery diesel lubricants. Nominal dosage would range from 0.5 to 5.0% wt of the finished products.
