OTHER LEVIES : ED Extra @ 12.50 % Extra+ 5 % VAT + Packing & Freight at actual; if applicable to your Account

PAYMENT : 30 % Advance, Balance Against Performa Prior to Delivery.

DELIVERY : 3 - 4 weeks from the date of receipt of commercially clear written Order.

WARRANTY : 12 months from the date of Installation OR 13 months from the date of Invoice; whichever is earlier

Subject to product malfunctioning OR problem due to any manufacturing defect.

INSTALLATION: Installation charges will be according to policy, Allowance per man day per person and Actual To & Fro Conveyance to

the site+ Decent Lodging-Boarding at site for Service Engineer visit shall be borne by you.

VALIDITY : 30 days from hereof. (Govt. force majeure conditions apply at time of delivery)
